I'm looking for a new PHP lead for this project. While I feel that I could still possibly provide help with coding, I've stopped using dbmail (not due to any flaw in the product). If you'd like to take over, feel free to email me, and I'll transfer over ownership of the project. The ColdFusion team, however, are rocking and rolling!
DBMail admin v.01 has been released. This is the first packaged release. It needs some sort of dummy admin system at this point.
